PLYOGA Fitness at Prairie Vista
Are you looking for a fun new workout? PLYOGA might be
just for you! PLYOGA is a 4-part interval training system
that uses the benefits of fundamental and accelerated yoga
as an active recovery for plyometric (reactive) movement.
Accelerating, strengthening and stabilizing your fitness at
any level. Achieve more balance and flexibility using no
equipment that can be done anywhere. Is suitable for people
of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle and
wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes with low tread
to each class. Class is designed for adults and children 15
years and older. Class meets one night a week for a total of 9
classes. Class is not held on a few dates due to school closings
or prior scheduled events. No classes on 4/6 & 4/13
