Baby-Sitting Basics
This fun hands-on class is designed to prepare you for the
responsibilities that come with child care. Class includes
activities to keep children busy, safety, answering land line
phones and the door, choking and rescue breathing, and
more. You will also learn about setting fees, looking for babysitting
jobs and common courtesies involved in baby-sitting.
Class is designed for boys and girls 11-15 years of age who
are interested in baby-sitting. Students should bring a doll or
stuffed animal for diaper practice skills during class. A snack
is provided. A certificate of achievement will be awarded
to each student upon successful completion of all class
requirements.
