Mindful Movement at Elm Road
Mindful Movement is a fusion of yoga and Pilates that focuses on body awareness, mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. This class will focus on breathing techniques, core strengthening and overall flexibility. A great fitness program with easy to follow moves you will be able to follow easily.
Participants should bring a water bottle, towel, mat, and wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes with low tread to each class. Instructor may ask you to bring other props you may need to help you in some of the poses ie: straps, block or bolsters. Class is designed for adults and children 16 years and older. Class meets one night a week for a total of 10 classes. Class is not held on a few dates due to school closings or prior scheduled events. No classes on 10/10, 10/31, 11/14 & 11/28
